Jenny Tsiropoulou is a freelance journalist based in Athens, Greece. She has collaborated with international media such as Al Jazeera, Euronews, Bild, RAI, Middle East Eye, etc. In Greece, she writes for News24/7, ThePressProject, VICE, Solomon, Reporters United, etc. She was editor-in-chief of the public broadcaster’s, ERT, ‘ROADS’ documentary series (2020). Jenny was the scriptwriter of the podcast series #108: The Fall of Press Freedom in Greece produced by Bulle Media and ThePressProject. She is the director of the awarded short documentary ‘Carols’ (2021) and the script editor of the also multi-awarded documentary ‘the Other Half’ by Giorgos Moutafis.
