Amine Metani aka Mettani (but he also likes to be called Shamseddine Omoku) is the founder of the Arabstazy collective which seeks to challenge the aesthetic perception of the Arab world on the electronic scene. Producer, live-performer, and also artistic director of the label Shouka. Mettani draws his inspiration from North African rituals, mystical trances and animist possession ceremonies.
