As a young and ambitious man from Ukraine, Vadym is poised to bring a unique perspective to the music festival panel talk. With a deep passion for the intersection of music and culture (inspired by people around), he will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the discussion. During this panel discussion, Vadym will represent the Laboratorium festival experience. Started as a volunteer at multiple music events and joined the Laboratorium team as a part-job worker in early 2021. He became one of the festival managers. As an avid music enthusiast, their team story will surely engage and inspire audiences with their cases. One of them was holding the largest rave during a full-scale war in Ukraine.
