After studying art history, Laurie Ozacar-Hagimont worked in a variety of fields in the performing arts: from broadcasting manager to cultural service manager to tour guide. The place of women and, more broadly, of minorities in society are the common thread of her career: her interest in inequalities in access to employment and working conditions have also led her to work in microfinance and the SSE or to experiment with care professions.
