Anastasia Vaitsopoulou is a journalist covering humanitarian issues, with a primary focus on gender and its intersections (eg.animal rights and planetary rights). She currently works for Popaganda and is also the Communications officer for the NGO Gender Alliance Initiative. In the past, she has worked for TV productions, other audiovisual and print media, as well as for a digital marketing agency. Anastasia has won the first award in the journalistic competition “Write for Inclusion” and she is a facilitator on human rights too. Last but not least, she has co-created two short documentaries about access to medicine.
