European Lab Winter forum

since 2015 I January I Paris & Île-de-France

Founded in 2015 as a counterpart to the European Lab Forum in Lyon, the winter manifestation of European Lab is a mobile event that visits different sites in Paris (Gaîté Lyrique in 2015, Machine du Moulin Rouge in 2017, Grand Marché Stalingrad in 2018, Ground Control in 2019 and La Marbrerie in 2020) and focuses on citizen, social, cultural and political issues and strategies.

For the past 6 years, the Winter Forum has been a part of La Nuit des Idées, an initiative coordinated by the French Institute. Resolutely forward-thinking, the European Lab Winter Forum invites the public to reflect on an overarching theme—serving as the common thread throughout the edition—in the company of participants who are all questioning, imagining and making the culture of tomorrow.
