Most of the debates that take place at European Lab events are recorded. They are then broadcast on streaming platforms (SoundCloud, iOS, etc.) in the form of podcasts, offering another way for European Lab to capitalise on the content produced during its events.
EDITORIAL COORDINATION OF THE WE ARE EUROPE MEDIA PLATFORM
Incubated at Hôtel71, the We are Europe media platform was launched in February 2021. Made up of content that is varied in both its subject matter (independence of cultural actors, climate activism, club culture, etc.) and its form (video, interviews, podcasts, articles, etc.), this transnational project is coordinated at the editorial level by the European Lab team.
PARTICIPATION IN THE EDITORIAL COORDINATION OF THE RESET! MANIFESTO
Emerging in the wake of the French Appel des indépendants, Reset! is a European initiative whose coordination and strategy are both supervised by the European Lab team. This initiative, endorsed by a large number of independent structures from across the continent, aims to alert the European Union to the importance of supporting independent actors in the field of culture ahead of the imminent announcement of the new Creative Europe programmes (and other measures), which must be adapted to reflect the reality of these structures.
ARTICLES AND STATEMENTS
Throughout the year, the European Lab team writes articles and statements (published in Le Monde, Libération, Le Temps, Le Soir, and others) to raise awareness on a variety of subjects, from the fate of independent cultural actors to the role of the new media in contemporary society.
